Meeting The World With Your Heart Wide Open
Here you are not forcing your way into another’s life, here you are being the force of light that connects to the world through your honest expression of life itself."
To live with your heart open is not always easy. Unconscious patterns take over and we leave the present moment. Then we wonder why we keep attracting the same experiences over and over again.
As an alternative, you can stay present with yourself and touch those reactive places within and receive it fully. Instead of blaming the world for your uncomfortable feelings, you could feel yourself in a more authentic way and allow a change to happen inside of you.
But it is our pain that becomes the doorway to infinite possibilities. It is the road to healing within us. Sooner or later we begin to tire of the way that we are living our lives and we begin to look inside. Deep down inside you know that everything outside is a reflection of your inner world. So, instead of wasting your time pointing fingers, you look to see what life is bringing you. When you are present with yourself, you are not distracted by your judgments. You are too busy embracing the world like a child, seeing it for the first time. You stay so connected to your inner world that what you hear, feel and touch is spirit guiding your every moment. You trust in your connection within for here is where you know you are taken care of.
You would be a mystic in your ordinary world, listening to the voice of spirit that gives life. You would remember in every moment that your true purpose in being here is to know yourself. To know yourself would be to accept all that you are right now, right here. You would be so present with your experience that you could feel the aliveness within you that expresses God.
No matter what, life unfolds in perfect order. All you have to do is empty yourself. Let go of the toxic emotions that continue to arise and try to hold you back from realizing your greater you. Quiet your busy mind and the voice of spirit will speak louder because you have rested in the silent chambers of your own heart.
Most of us on the journey we are on have not learned how to stay present with our own experience. Our inner guidance is drowned out by the business and noise that crowds out every second of our day. We find it easier to focus on those around us and what they need to change. But you can't begin another person’s journey for them. To interfere goes against the nature of the universe. You are only responsible in waking up yourself and then, and only then, by living it can you inspire others to take the hand of their own spirit.
Everyone has their own time to open and if you are walking your talk, that present moment awareness in your own life connects to others with tender heartedness. Your energy flows within you, feeding you as you keep your heart wide open. Life becomes a moment-to-moment commitment as you are fed by what is alive and expressing through you.
Love & Blessings,
Frannie
